All orders will be designed/edited by one of our skilled team and we aim to have a proof back to you within 1 working day. Our typical print turnaround is 5 working days from sign off of artwork.

We do have various upgrades available should you require a quicker turnaround.

Occasionally items can be damaged in transit. We will issue reprints where items are damaged if reported within 2 days of delivery. Where a product is still usable, a partial refund of 10% may be given.

Due to the bespoke nature of signs, refunds cannot be issued once printed.
